PureSound is a monthly or yearly membership. Please check our pricing page for the latest prices. A free starter plan is available.


To update your credit card information, click the settings icon, scroll down to “Membership” and then click “Manage your membership with the Stripe Billing Portal.” From here you can update your plan.

Logging In / Forgot Password


Click 'Forgot your Password' on the Login page. A link you can use to reset your password will be emailed to you. If you no longer have access to your email, please get in touch with our support team to recover your details.


You can change how you appear in searches on the profile page. To reset your password, Click “Forgot your Password” on the Login page. A link you can use to reset your password will be emailed to you. If you no longer have access to your email, please get in touch with our support team to recover your details.

My Media


Login to your account, click on “Media” at the top of the page, then click “Pictures” and “Click or drag images here to upload.”


Click on “Media” at the top of the page, then click “Pictures.” Click on the photos you would like to delete, then click “Delete Selected Photos.”


Click on “Media” at the top of the page, then click “Audio” and “Click or drag images here to upload.”


The following audio formats are supported: MP3, MP4, AIFF, WAV.

Gigs and Applications


Go to www.puresoundnetwork.com and login to your account. Click on “CV” at the top of the page and choose a category to update.


To apply to a job posting, click on “Jobs” at the top of the page. A list of jobs matching your profile settings will appear. Click “Apply” next to the post to read more about the project. From here, select a photo and audio to submit with the application and click “Submit.”


Click the settings icon, and under “Notifications”, select the options you prefer.
